Returns & Refund Policy

At Excess Baggage, we are committed to delivering high-quality products crafted with care. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition. The bag must show no signs of use, scratches, stains, or damage.
  • All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and inclusions must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Customers must submit clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery if reporting a defect or issue.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Requests based on change of mind

All sales are considered final unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

Failure to report within the stated period may void eligibility for refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The item is confirmed defective upon inspection
  • An incorrect item item was shipped

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Once a return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or incorrect shipment.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
